幕墻工程招標技術資料文件包括了完成整個項目幕墻系統的全部技術資料，我司在準備幕墻系統技術的同時將還提供項目實施過程中的具體操作步驟，如加工生產、現場安裝及長期的維護保養，等等。以下列出我司需提供的幕墻系統技術資料的清單（和建筑設計師及業主一起完成）。
The facade system techincal documentation forms part of the complete construction documentation.In thepreparation of the facade system technical documentation,which shall be also part of the technical tender documentation for the curtain wall tenter.Our company will be responsible to specify all the technical information for the facade system as well as those documentation for the project execution such as production,installation and long-term maintenance service requirements etc.Here below is a sample list of those technical documentations that our company will deliver for the curtain wall system (together with the architect and client).

招標準備及技術評標工作
招標階段工作重點: 明確廠商材料加工中各項工序所對應的設備和精度、產能、數量。
判定廠商投入的項目經理、施工隊的能力，并確保上述人等常駐工地。
對廠商投標文件的技術評審。
協助業主準備幕墻招標的資格預審工作，通過如下幾個方面對參與幕墻工程投標的廠家進行資格預審并出具資格預審分析報告。
Assistant client to prepare the facade tender pre-qualification document,review the pre-qualification document of facade contractors and stubmit the pre-qualification report via.
1.公司的運作模式，設計及施工的資源，項目運作的組織結構等。

Review of Shop Drawings
施工圖紙審核
根據幕墻的類型進行施工圖的審核，其中施工圖包含具體的節點設計。我司根據系統設計及技術規格對圖紙進行審核及批注意見。
Review the shop drawings according to wall types,the shop drawing includes the detail section design.Our company will check the drawings and return the comments back to facade contractor according to the system design and technical specification.
1.對施工圖紙的具體設計進行審核，包括型材的設計、結構膠的粘接方式、五金件的設計、膠條的密封、金屬板外包等等
Review the shop drawings and check that all parts all materials such as aluminium profile.SSG,hardware,gasket,sheet cladding and etc.
2.對施工圖設計的結構計算進行檢查，確保幕墻單元的所有受力部件均包含在結構計算報告中。 .
Review the structural calculation, make sure that all parts take loads are covered in the structural calculation report.
3.對施工圖紙進行功能審核，檢查幕墻單元設計是否具備應用的操作功能，確保單元的可操作性和安裝可行

樣板模型的制造
根據幕墻的類型進行施工圖的審核，其中施工圖包含具體的節點設計。我司根據系統設計及技術規格對圖紙進行審核及批注意見。

1.根據業主及建筑設計師的要求建造一個與實際尺寸大小一樣的幕墻模型樣板。其材料的特性、外形、顏色、表面處理的選擇可以得到充分的鑒別。
According to the requirements from the client and architect, a real size test mock-up module can be built, so that all the specifications such as materials, outside looking, colour and surface treatments can be tested.
2..在幕墻模型樣板上可以根據業主及建筑設計師的要求進行各種材料的替換和測試，顏色的更改，外形形狀的變化等功能測試已達到最佳的外幕墻效果。
The mock-up module has to be so designed that the materials can be replaced and tested based on the specifics from the client and architect. At the end only the best materials and design schema will be selected for the final project execution。

工程驗收
1.我司負責和建筑師共同制定幕墻的驗收方式、標準等，交由業主確認，并由業主負責組織實施
In assistance with the architect, Our company is responsible to provide the acceptance standards for the fa?ade system, which shall be passed to the client for approval
2.監察及驗收預埋件和轉接件的測量及放線工作，保證施工的誤差控制在招標技術規范的要求之內
Check the installation survey and setting out for the inserts and brackets, ensure the tolerance is in accordance with the tender specification.
3.對施工樣板進行驗收，確保幕墻的加工、組裝及施工符合招標技術規格中規定的質量要求
Inspect the installation benchmark units, ensure the fabrication, assembly, installation is in accordance with the quality standard specified in the tender document.
4.根據幕墻的施工進度，對安裝的單元進行定期的檢查，確保施工的質量和誤差符合要求
Inspect the site installation periodically, ensure the installation quality and tolerance is in accordance with the specification
5.組織安排現場的幕墻單元淋水試驗，確保工程的順利移交，監督淋水試驗按預定的步驟執行

2.我司負責審核并校訂幕墻系統圖紙，并保證幕墻質量、外觀效果和造價的最優結合
Supervision and checking of the section drawings, plans & elevations drawn by the fa?ade Sub-contractor, to be sure that the quality and complete external effects and the cost budget of the fa?ade system fulfill the required specifications
1.在任何工作實施階段，我司將詳細列出相關工作計劃，交由業主確認。參加建筑師和業主舉行的設計要求變更和設計聯絡會。保證整個幕墻系統建議提供的方案在設計上得到正確實施
